Individual sellers who choose a 12-month packages can easily remove their advert and are, moreover, regularly reminded by email to validate that their property is still for sale. Validation is mandatory if they want to keep their ad online.
Agencies pay us every month according to the number of adverts they publish and the addition or removal of an advert is immediately taken into account in the calculation of their invoice.
