We do not provide support on properties that are on hold: we do not know whether the property is sold or not. However, you can save it as a favorite.
When a property is removed from our website, it is put on hold. This can happen if the house is sold and the seller no longer wishes to be contacted, or when a real estate agency's subscription comes to an end.
Properties are kept on our websites (unless otherwise requested by the seller), so that people who have viewed the advert can see that it has not disappeared.
The solution is to mark the properties you are interested in as favourites. If the listing is to be unpublished, you will still be able to view it and contact the agency.
